Supporting organisations to imagine and practice more caring, relational ways of working.

Who I love to work with
People who:
Know that culture shapes everyday life, even when it cannot be easily defined or measured
Sense that something more is possible in the way people relate to themselves, each other and their organisation
Want to work with complexity and relationality
Are willing to slow down enough to notice what is happening beneath the surface
Also, I love to collaborate with fellow facilitators and other practitioners who want to partner in work that is thoughtful, relational, and alive.
Current collaborations:
What I love to do
Here are the areas I am drawn to and the ways we can work together:

Culture Work
I accompany teams to notice their internal patterns and strengthen the everyday practices that shape culture. Together we surface how care, power, communication, and participation actually move through the organisation, and develop rhythms of work that are more sustainable, relational, and grounded. This is the slow, structural work.

Facilitation & Learning Spaces
I design and hold spaces where people can pause, reflect, and speak honestly about what is happening in their work. From retreats to workshops to ongoing processes, these spaces help groups navigate tension, deepen trust, and find clearer ways of working together. This is about creating intentional presence.

Curriculum & Experience Design
I build experiential learning journeys for leaders, practitioners, and collectives who want to grow their capacity for care, complexity, and relational leadership through experience. Drawing on feminist, somatic, and systems-informed practice, I design experiences, curricula and learning journeys that are thoughtful, embodied, and grounded in real work. This is about learning that changes what and how we practice and live our values.

Writing & Narrative Work
I write, research, and create narrative and visual work that helps make the inner life of organisations visible. Through storytelling, metaphor, and systems thinking, I help organisations imagine ways of working that do not yet exist—and begin practicing them. This is about giving language to what people already sense but struggle to articulate.
How I love to approach my work
| Relational & Grounded | I begin with lived experience. Stories, atmosphere, voice, and presence are meaningful information. This way of listening has been shaped by warm data and relational sensing, inspired by Nora Bateson, Kasey Armstrong, Sam Novak and others who treat life as interconnected rather than separate. |
| Feminist & Systemic | I see organisations as living systems shaped by care and power. My work draws from feminist praxis and systems thinking, from teachers like Shamillah Wilson, Hope Chigudu, adrienne maree brown, Donella Meadows, who remind us that change is relational, embodied, and rooted in place. |
| Creative & Embodied | Insight does not only come through analysis. I use metaphor, imagery, movement, and story so people can feel their way into new possibilities. This approach is informed by somatic practice, narrative work, and the quiet wisdom of artists, facilitators, and healers I’ve learned alongside. Shout out to Minkateko, Nicole, |
| Emergent & Learning | I love learning. I weave together ideas from futures thinking, dialogic practice, and collective learning spaces, gathering what supports people to see their organisation more clearly and choose their next step with care. |

An invitation
If you’re ready to imagine and practice new ways of working and being together, I would love to speak and see what might take shape.
